About the Role
As a Junior Consultant, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications. You will collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and job requirements, maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and current information. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous but not required.
Strong proficiency in English is a must, and any additional language skills are highly valued and appreciated.Â
